The content emerges organically based on the group, rather than following a fixed agenda.
Do I need to have a specific set of beliefs to participate?

Is this group therapy?
No. The Unbroken Thread is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. It is a voluntary discussion and reflection space. Participants are encouraged to seek professional support when needed.
Who is this space for?
This space is for people who are curious about connection, spiritual experiences, or meaning—and who want to explore these topics without pressure, hierarchy or an specifically assigned religion.
Can I attend just once or do I need to commit?
There is no required commitment. You are welcome to attend once, occasionally, or regularly—whatever feels right for you. This is a "for us by us" group.
What does no leader mean?
Non-hierarchical means there are no gurus, authorities, or experts telling others what is true. Each person’s experience is respected, and no one is positioned as having superior insight.
How do I know if this group is right for me?

Is this space appropriate if I’m questioning my beliefs—or don’t have any?
Absolutely. Questioning, uncertainty, and not knowing are all welcome here. You do not need to be able to provide answers to participate
What if I’m in a hard place emotionally?
You are welcome as you are. This space is designed to be gentle and supportive, not overwhelming. That said, it is not a crisis service, and seeking additional, outside support is absolutely encouraged if needed or desired.
How does The Unbroken Thread relate to everyday life?
Rather than staying abstract, conversations often explore how insight connects to boundaries, relationships, health, and daily decision-making. The goal is integration, not escape.
What if my spiritual experiences don't fit neatly in to language?
That’s very common. You’re welcome to share imperfectly, metaphorically, or not at all. This space values authenticity over articulation.
How is this group different from other spiritual groups?
The Unbroken Thread emphasizes openness and is not specific to any religion There is no expectation to arrive at conclusions or consensus.
